Job Summary

This Data Scientist role focuses on designing and implementing robust data pipelines specifically for various Human Resources (HR) data sources within a major banking group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high data quality and governance throughout the ingestion and transformation processes, primarily utilizing Databricks, Python, and PySpark for data engineering tasks. A core function involves collaborating with BI developers and other Data Scientists to enable advanced predictive and prescriptive analytics, while also supporting self-service capabilities by creating well-structured, documented data models. Key requirements include professional proficiency in cloud platforms, deep knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, and strong English communication skills necessary to translate complex data findings into clear business insights. The position offers the opportunity to act as a technical advisor for HR data architecture and integration strategies, driving innovation in scalability and automation within a flexible, supportive work environment.
