This role is ideal for a communicative and enthusiastic IT professional looking to join an IT Onsite Technical Team, providing essential support for international corporations. The specialist will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of IT tickets, managing support inquiries, and performing the installation and maintenance of PC workstations and peripheral devices. Key qualifications include a degree or vocational training in Computer Science, strong IT affinity, and practical experience with IT ticketing systems and the Windows/MS Office ecosystem.
