Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and visualization services to customers, focusing on systems maintenance, networking, and component configuration. Key daily tasks include handling offers and orders within the ERP system, performing updates and renewals of PC components and visualization software like Zenon, and setting up specialized devices such as alarm systems and cameras. The specialist will also be responsible for creating detailed network documentation, particularly for Profinet systems, and managing technical interfaces between IT infrastructure and commissioning teams. Candidates must possess a completed technical apprenticeship or HTL qualification, coupled with excellent knowledge of IT areas including networking, VPN, Windows, and virtualization. Professional experience with PLC/SPS and visualization systems is mandatory.
