Job Summary

This Senior IT Service Technician role, based in Storkow, involves supporting one of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructures as the primary digitalization partner for the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The technician will be responsible for decentralized service delivery across 50+ locations, handling the acceptance and resolution of IT and telecommunications faults (TK) while adhering to strict service levels. Key duties include performing on-site tasks for installations, moves, additions, and changes (IMAC), integrating IT/TK infrastructure in projects, and ensuring the operational readiness of hardware and software through maintenance and updates. This position requires strong organizational skills, self-reliance, and fluent German, contributing directly to the security and operational capability of Germany's defense systems.
