Job Summary
This permanent, part-time position (50%) as a Specialist in Budget and Controlling involves managing the complete financial affairs for the Buchenbachtal Wastewater Treatment Association (ZAB). The core responsibilities include the independent preparation of comprehensive budget planning, financial planning, and investment programs, alongside managing the association's cash and accounting systems. A critical component of the role is preparing the annual financial statements, conducting asset accounting, ensuring compliance with valuation regulations, and managing inventory records. Furthermore, the specialist is responsible for securing ZAB financing and settling association levies. Candidates should ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in Public Management or an equivalent qualification and demonstrate a high degree of independence. Practical experience within the financial system of a municipal administration is highly advantageous.
