Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking overall responsibility for the planning, control, and execution of the implementation phase for new Facility Management (FM) contracts, working closely with the operating team. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the operational readiness of new properties and services, defining customer contacts, and building and developing the project and property organization, including structuring roles, processes, and responsibilities. The successful candidate will conduct technical evaluations of building documentation, manage technical equipment and data recording, and analyze existing operational documentation for maintenance planning. Key requirements include a degree in engineering (HVAC, Electrical, Building Services) or Facility Management, or equivalent technical certification (Technician/Master Craftsman) with relevant FM experience. Strong technical expertise across various trades, comprehensive understanding of operator duties, and commercial acumen are essential.
