Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Team Lead to spearhead the digital transformation of a dynamic timber trading company, focusing heavily on migrating all existing on-premise solutions to the cloud. The successful candidate will lead a small, specialized IT team—currently consisting of Linux, Microsoft, and ERP/CRM experts—managing infrastructure, ensuring stable operations, and optimizing IT processes for efficiency and future readiness. Key responsibilities include driving the cloud migration of critical systems (such as Business Central and Data Lake), integrating AI technologies across departments, and providing leadership, coaching, and structure to the team. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification, significant experience leading IT teams, especially in infrastructure and system administration, and deep knowledge of Linux, Microsoft (Azure, M365, Hybrid-AD), and ERP cloud migration processes.
