This strategic leadership role involves leading a mechanical development team of seven employees within the Research & Development division. The core responsibility is the overall management of product development and maintenance for adhesive application heads, focusing on sustainable, resource-efficient systems for hot and cold glue. The Team Leader is expected to actively shape the R&D strategy, including technology and product roadmaps, and drive the continuous improvement of mechanical product development processes and methods. This position requires fostering a market-oriented innovation culture, leading smaller projects, and ensuring tight collaboration with cross-functional departments such as Electrical Engineering, Product Management, and Operations. Required Skills
Education
Technical degree (University/Applied Sciences), preferably Mechanical Engineering or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of leadership experience in product development
