Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious System Integration Engineer to drive innovation within complex defense and aerospace projects. The core responsibilities involve the design, configuration, and installation of critical IT hardware and software components, focusing on building and maintaining complex, heterogeneous lab and test environments utilizing Windows, Linux, servers, and virtualization technologies. A significant part of the role includes automating installation and configuration processes for distributed IT simulation systems, developing scripts for CI/CD pipelines, and conducting rigorous system testing. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, coupled with fundamental technical knowledge in software and server hardware. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, enabling seamless collaboration within agile teams encompassing System Engineering, Software Development, Testing, and DevOps.
