Job Summary

This role requires an innovative Tax Manager to serve as the Center of Expertise for international employee deployments and cross-border income tax issues, specifically related to installation and assembly projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include structuring and organizing international project business concerning wage tax and social security matters, providing proactive, group-wide consultation to relevant stakeholders, and managing global employee assignments. The manager will actively participate in international wage tax audits and dispute resolution procedures, coordinate external consultants, and drive digitalization by developing and maintaining relevant wage tax software solutions. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in business administration, be professionally qualified as a Tax Consultant, and possess several years of relevant experience from an international HR/Tax department or a major tax consulting firm. Strong IT affinity and fluent English skills are prerequisite for success in this autonomous and structured position.
