Job Summary
This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional eager to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic team environment at FERCHAU Rosenheim. The IT Service Employee will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT workstations, including installation and setup, and providing essential support for specialized applications and departments. Key duties involve working within the IT Service Desk, creating and updating technical documentation, assisting with hardware and software procurement, and participating in, or potentially leading, IT projects. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related MINT field, or equivalent professional IT experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and experience administering Microsoft 365, coupled with excellent German and English language skills, are crucial for success in this challenging and rewarding position.

Experience
- Completed university degree (Informatics, Business Informatics, MINT) OR completed vocational training with extensive professional IT experience
- Experience in the administration of Microsoft 365
