Job Summary

This critical role seeks an experienced professional to serve as a key contact and decision-maker for pharmaceutical and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) topics within manufacturing operations. The Compliance Officer will actively support the Head of Manufacturing in ensuring quality and regulatory compliance across the facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the thorough processing, evaluation, and documentation of deviations, customer complaints, and pharmaceutical or technical changes. A significant part of the job includes creating, reviewing, and approving Master Batch Records, manufacturing reports, and complete batch documentation. Furthermore, the officer is responsible for conducting GMP training, developing internal guidelines, and preparing for and participating in internal and external audits. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Pharmacy or a related field, possesses extensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks (EU-GMP, 21 CFR), and demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Pharmacy and Pharmacist License (Approbation) or related degree

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience as a decision-maker for pharmaceutical and GMP topics in manufacturing
  • Experience in the evaluation and documentation of deviations and complaints
  • Experience in preparing and conducting GMP training and audits
