Job Summary

This role involves driving the development of high-precision optics processing procedures specifically for EUV (Extreme Ultraviolet) applications. The successful candidate will take ownership of specific work packages, independently manage development projects, and ensure timely reporting of project progress to leadership. Key responsibilities include documenting, communicating, and presenting project results, as well as supporting the implementation of new processing procedures into production environments. The ideal candidate holds a technical or scientific degree, preferably a PhD, and possesses experience in developing highly complex systems and processes, coupled with strong knowledge of optics and optical processing. Success in this role requires excellent communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, and fluency in both German and English to collaborate effectively with internal and external international expert teams.
