Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious PLC Developer eager to drive technological advancements within the mechanical engineering sector by supporting complex automation products globally. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating high-complexity technical customer inquiries worldwide, providing 1st and 2nd level technical support for ADVISE automation products, and diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues remotely or occasionally on-site. The developer will independently implement service projects, including program adjustments and customer-specific modifications, while ensuring adherence to response and processing times. Key qualifications include profound experience with PLC, HMI, SCL, and associated programming environments (Siemens/Rockwell), strong knowledge of bus systems and network topologies like Profinet and Ethernet IP, and fluency in both German and English.
