Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance and culture within the organization. The Head of HSE Management will support plant management on occupational health and safety issues, conduct safety audits and inspections, and ensure operational facilities and work procedures meet safety standards before commissioning. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering HSE training programs, identifying and mitigating environmental and safety risks, and reporting findings to both internal management and external authorities. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Environmental Management, Safety Engineering, or a related field, coupled with extensive professional experience in a senior HSE capacity. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, along with strong knowledge of current HSE legislation and best practices.
