Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional specializing in Business Intelligence (BI) and ERP systems, focusing on driving the next level of technology solutions for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing BI data concepts, optimizing key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks, selecting and applying appropriate BI programs, and creating insightful dashboards by tapping into various data sources. The specialist will also be involved in ERP system support, managing release changes, and contributing to the implementation and redesign of internal processes. A key element of the role involves conducting training and workshops on relevant topics and supporting system technology. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, coupled with substantial, multi-year experience in both ERP and BI environments, strong IT skills, and proficiency in German and English.
