Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Laboratory Technician specializing in Food Technology, working with a leading European technology services platform serving clients in the Pharma and Life Science sectors. The core responsibility involves the comprehensive analysis of liquid food products, auxiliary materials, and operating substances. Day-to-day duties include conducting chemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses, performing meticulous sampling and preparation for laboratory tests, and executing environmental controls. A critical aspect of the role is the precise documentation and evaluation of test results, ensuring strict adherence to laboratory hygiene and safety standards. The technician will also be responsible for food quality control in compliance with legal standards and supporting the implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) measures. Candidates must possess a completed qualification such as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA) or equivalent, coupled with relevant experience in the food industry, ideally within dairy farming, and a willingness to work within a 3-shift system.
