This Postdoctoral Business Analyst role is crucial for driving digital transformation within the Clinical Data & AI Processing Department of a leading biopharma company. The professional will translate complex business needs into a clear digital transformation strategy, focusing on developing cutting-edge AI-enabled solutions to accelerate clinical development and enhance operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive analysis of the end-to-end patient data flow, eliciting business requirements, developing detailed business cases (including ROI assessment), and designing future-state AI-enabled process models. The role demands close collaboration with AI engineers and clinical data analysts to design real-time data flows and ensure all solutions comply with GCP, regulatory, and ethical standards. Candidates must possess an advanced degree in a technical or life sciences field with demonstrated AI/ML application experience, strong analytical skills, and a foundational understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, ML, NLP).
