Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Microtechnology Specialist to join an internationally operating industrial company in Dortmund. The specialist will be responsible for overseeing, documenting, and executing serial production in nozzle manufacturing, strictly adhering to hygiene, quality, and safety guidelines, including GMP standards. Day-to-day tasks involve independently processing manufacturing orders, ensuring compliance with quality, deadline, cost, and quantity specifications, and actively contributing to securing and increasing plant availability through maintenance and repair of production facilities. Key requirements include a completed apprenticeship as a Microtechnologist or equivalent qualification, profound experience with microsystems or semiconductor technology equipment (such as lithography, deep etching, and bonding processes), and familiarity with SAP R3 and MS Office for data management. The position requires a high degree of quality awareness and the willingness to work in a 3-shift/continuous shift system, offering a competitive hourly wage and strong potential for permanent employment.
