This role as a Marketing Technology Manager in Düsseldorf is crucial for driving the company's digital strategy by owning and evolving the core tracking infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the setup, operation, and continuous development of tracking systems, specifically focusing on implementing a GA4-compliant concept across the website, shop, and campaigns using tools like Google Tag Manager. A key function involves ensuring robust data quality through automated monitoring and translating complex web and campaign data into actionable business recommendations. Success in this role requires several years of experience in MarTech or Digital Analytics, deep expertise in GA4, GTM, and tracking concepts, alongside a fundamental understanding of Cookies, Consent Management, and First Party Data. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills, collaborates effectively with IT, developers, and marketing teams, and ideally brings experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) systems. This is a full-time, permanent position within an owner-managed family business offering flat hierarchies and dedicated onboarding.
