Job Summary

This role is ideal for a professional with a background in IT management or informatics seeking to lead and coordinate the development and implementation of new IT solutions within the German statutory health insurance (GKV) environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing, steering, and coordinating new IT topics not covered by existing providers, leading interdisciplinary teams, and managing the full project lifecycle from planning and development to implementation. The Solution Designer will focus on creating optimal, user-friendly technical designs by combining hardware and software technologies, developing cost-reduction concepts (e.g., license reuse), and ensuring compliance with IT standards and processes. Success requires strong project management skills, expertise in ITIL, Cloud, and Security, and proven analytical and organizational abilities, making a direct contribution to the future of healthcare provision in Germany.
