Job Summary

This role involves working as an Electrical Design Engineer within the vehicle manufacturing sector, focusing on the planning and implementation of electrical designs to optimize production processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing electrical circuit diagrams and wiring harnesses, collaborating within development teams for new products, and drafting specifications for suppliers. The engineer will also manage cross-assembly electrical component selection and act as the primary contact for electrical modular systems. Key qualifications include a completed education as an Electrician with further training (Technician level), strong foundational knowledge in electrical design, and practical experience with CAD software, specifically EPLAN and SolidWorks.
