Job Summary
This role involves providing essential assistance to building maintenance and project teams, focusing heavily on data and system management within the Building Management department in Mainz. Key responsibilities include reviewing and modifying architectural plans, performing data verification, and creating and updating building documentation, specifically using tools like Allplan CAD. The successful candidate will also be responsible for capturing and updating floor areas according to DIN 277 standards and performing first-level administration of databases. Education
One of the following: Qualification for the second entry-level civil service career in Administration and Finance; Completed training as an Administrative Assistant; Completed Administrative Course I; Completed training as a Technical System Planner or Architectural Drafter with willingness to complete further training; Completed three-year commercial training with willingness to complete further training.

- Professional experience in data verification and management
- Professional experience in architectural plan review and modification
- Professional experience with building documentation and floor area capture (DIN 277)
- Professional experience in database administration (First Level)
