A core function includes leading the offer management process, designing winning bid concepts in collaboration with the bid management team, and accurately calculating competitive pricing and quotations for complex refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate holds a higher education degree in a relevant field like Engineering or Economics, possesses experience in the railway industry (especially sales or services), and demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills. This position requires fluent proficiency in both English and German and involves significant travel (approx. 40%).
Required Skills
