Job Summary
This role involves leading the IT function as the primary interface between the corporate IT team and site management within an international industrial group. The IT Team Lead is responsible for managing and supporting the entire IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations, across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily IT operations, incident response, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with IT policies. The successful candidate will lead IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, 3-5 years of hands-on or leadership experience in IT support, and familiarity with ITIL processes. This position requires strong stakeholder collaboration, vendor management, excellent German and English skills, and regular travel within the EMEA region.

- Regular travel to various sites or locations within EMEA; Availability outside of regular working hours or on weekends for urgent matters or project work; SAP STC module experience is advantageous but not strictly required.
