Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training recognized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) or Chamber of Crafts (HWK), OR a successfully completed university degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related field), PLUS a qualification as an Industrial Master, Craftsman Master, or State-Certified Technician.
Experience
- Practical experience in leading teams
- Experience in the automation and maintenance of conveyor systems
- Experience supervising third-party companies (Preferred)
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for planning and recording maintenance (Preferred)

- Must be willing to work on-site in a logistics center, including shift models that may cover nights and weekends.
