Job Summary
This role involves supporting the digitalization initiatives of the Haßberge district administration, focusing primarily on the Document Management System (DMS) d.3. The specialist will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and ongoing development of the DMS, including troubleshooting, error analysis, and supporting system updates. Key daily tasks include handling support tickets, conducting user training, and actively participating in various IT and digitalization projects. Candidates must possess a background in administration, IT, or a commercial/project-related field, coupled with strong organizational skills, proficiency in standard Office applications, and a willingness to quickly master the d.3 DMS. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Administrative Specialist (VFA-K) or equivalent Public Administration Examination I (BL I), OR a completed vocational training in a commercial, IT, or project-related field.
