Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Planning Engineer responsible for managing electrical building equipment projects within residential construction (new builds and existing properties) near Frankfurt/Main. Day-to-day tasks involve developing comprehensive electrical concepts, performing detailed dimensioning and calculations for various systems (e.g., lighting, emergency power), and creating execution and distribution plans. A crucial aspect of the position is project coordination, including leading discussions with all stakeholders, authorities, and energy utility providers, preparing specifications, and conducting site supervision and acceptance checks. Candidates must hold a qualification in Electrical Engineering (Engineer, Technician, or Master Electrician), possess experience implementing all HOAI service phases (1-9), and be proficient in SAP and standard Office products. The position offers regulated working hours, flextime, 30 days of vacation, and excellent public transport connectivity through a provided job ticket.
