Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Media Technician ready to step into a leadership position, overseeing the installation team and ensuring the highest quality standards for major AV projects across Germany. Day-to-day, you will provide technical and disciplinary leadership, coordinate internal and external specialists as a construction site manager, and actively participate in installations involving cutting-edge technology like Microsoft Teams Rooms and LED Walls. You serve as the primary escalation point, ensuring projects stay on track and meet client expectations. Key requirements include multiple years of experience in media technology (AV/network integration) and a strong drive to develop leadership skills, even if you haven't held a formal leadership role previously.
