Required Skills
Education
Bachelor or Diploma [FH] in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Social Informatics; alternatively, specialized qualifications (e.g., IT Specialist) combined with comprehensive relevant skills and experience; or specific qualifications for civil servants (3rd QE/Higher Service) or Administrative Specialist (Fachprüfung II).
Experience
- Professional experience in IT project management and system technology
- Experience in the implementation and application of digital technologies
- Minimum one year of relevant professional experience (required for specific qualification paths)
- Minimum three years of relevant professional experience (required for specific qualification paths)

- Willingness to occasionally work on weekends, holidays, or outside regular working hours if necessary. The specific tasks associated with this role are currently funded until May 31, 2029, after which a comparable and equivalent position within the city administration will be available. Part-time position (30 hours/week).
