Job Summary

This role is centered on the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of modern IT and communication (ITK) systems, including associated software applications, for a client in Munich. The technician will be responsible for providing technical advice, identifying optimization potential, and conducting user training on installed systems. A key component of the job involves independently managing smaller projects from initial planning through to successful implementation, alongside creating precise technical documentation according to customer requirements. Successful candidates must hold a technical vocational qualification in fields such as Electrical Engineering or Communication Technology, coupled with strong practical experience in ITK systems, network technology (including WLAN, VoIP, Routing, and Switching), and fault analysis. This position requires a structured work style, high diligence, and professional customer interaction.
