Job Summary

This role involves supporting diverse project teams within the pharmaceutical industry, focusing heavily on optimizing production processes, yield, product quality, and regulatory compliance (GMP status). The Process Manager will critically analyze production processes, technical systems, and workflows to identify and implement optimization opportunities, focusing on equipment utilization and capacity. Key responsibilities include managing complex technical and process changes, drafting detailed change requests, and coordinating their implementation across multiple departments, ensuring successful execution through all project stages (technical implementation, qualification, validation, and registration). Furthermore, the role requires collaborating on deviation investigations, performing statistical process control trending, and providing expert input on validation/qualification documents and SOPs, ensuring the highest standards of product safety and economic efficiency are met.
