Job Summary

This role seeks a creative E-Learning Specialist and Content Designer to join a dynamic team in Pforzheim, focusing on the planning and execution of comprehensive e-learning courses. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conception, design, and maintenance of digital learning content, simplifying complex topics for clear understanding, and actively planning, shooting, and editing thematic videos. A key part of the job involves creating and implementing video, image, and multimedia materials, while also conceptually advancing the usability and design of the virtual learning environment. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or vocational training in Multimedia Design, relevant professional experience in e-learning development, and excellent proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and modern internet technologies. This position offers a permanent contract, a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote), and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a highly motivated team.
