Job Summary

This role involves working as a Specialist for Process Analysis and Planning within an international technology group located in Erlangen. The core responsibilities include meticulously recording and documenting both existing processes and proposed process changes. A significant part of the job focuses on analyzing and optimizing processes using established Lean methodologies and Value Stream Analysis. You will be tasked with developing alternative processes, identifying areas for improvement, and managing documentation, publication, and training for new processes. Furthermore, the specialist will identify interfaces, manage risks, ensure quality assurance, and consolidate Critical to Quality (CTQ) aspects. Key qualifications include a technical degree (e.g., Engineering or Industrial Engineering), at least three years of professional experience in process analysis and optimization, and excellent proficiency in German and English, coupled with strong communication and cross-functional thinking skills.
