Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing the Identity Platform department, taking responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and strategic development of the critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure. Day-to-day, you will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the team, ensuring the stable, secure, and highly available operation of central IAM systems including Single Sign-On, MFA, and PAM. A key focus is defining the technical roadmap, driving modernization and automation to maximize scalability and security. You will also steer the technical integration of new business applications (Cloud & On-Premise) into the IAM architecture and manage successful IAM projects. The ideal candidate is an empathetic yet assertive leader with deep knowledge of core IAM disciplines and technologies, coupled with professional experience in a similar position and fluency in German and good English skills.
