Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and communicative Service Technician specializing in monitoring and alarm systems for a full-time, permanent position in Hilden. The core responsibilities involve the independent installation, setup, and programming of high-quality security systems, including intrusion protection, fire alarm technology, video surveillance, and access control. Day-to-day tasks include processing customer orders, providing detailed system handovers and instruction to clients, and performing essential maintenance and service duties. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training as an Information or System Electronics Technician or similar qualification, preferably in security technology, along with a strong customer focus and a solution-oriented, independent work ethic.
