Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking technical responsibility and managing the building services team for a portfolio of properties (Hotel, Hostel, and Apartments) in Berlin Mitte. The Head of Building Services Technology will be crucial in organizing and leading the small in-house technical team, establishing clear operational structures, and actively participating in technical tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and controlling all repairs, maintenance, renovations, and installations, as well as managing budgets, monitoring energy consumption, and analyzing operating costs. The successful candidate must possess leadership experience in building services or facility management, strong technical qualifications (e.g., electrical engineering or trade skills), and be proficient in both German and English for professional communication with management, external service providers, and team members. This position is ideal for an experienced, hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is ready to take full technical accountability.
