Job Summary

This role is ideal for a professional passionate about sustainability, focusing on the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of energy and environmental management systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, conducting, and following up on internal audits, supporting departments in implementing environmental and energy-related measures, and preparing for external audits. A key function involves collecting and analyzing energy and environmental key performance indicators (KPIs) to derive actionable improvements. The position requires a university degree in a relevant technical or business field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Energy Management) and necessary knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Technical Business Administration, Energy and Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Technology, or similar qualification. Additional qualification in Energy or Environmental Management (desirable). Internal Auditor certification (ISO 14001 / ISO 50001) is advantageous.

Experience

  • Experience in setting up and maintaining management systems
  • Initial experience through projects in sustainability, innovation management, or product development (desirable)
  • Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards
