Job Summary

This role involves serving as the key technical contact for customers regarding Electrical, Measurement, and Control Technology (EMR) across Uhde High Pressure Technologies' high-pressure product portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and executing EMR repair and service orders, managing in-house service requests, and ensuring continuous product improvement through systematic feedback to relevant departments. A critical component of the role is conducting occasional worldwide service deployments, including the commissioning of new products and supporting existing customer plants. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification and possesses initial professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering, specifically in areas like instrumentation, control technology, sensor technology, and PLC systems. Success requires strong customer orientation, high self-initiative, and fluent English skills.
