Job Summary

This full-time Service Technician role involves the maintenance, installation, commissioning, and repair of battery-supported emergency power systems. The successful candidate will join the service team, primarily working independently on-site at customer locations after an initial training period, supported by the internal office staff. Key responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing systems, conducting initial system commissioning, and providing customer instruction. A strong focus on customer service, timely creation of inspection protocols, and a willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays, is essential.
