Job Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive professional eager to drive the energy transition as a Junior Asset Manager within a fast-growing project developer and Independent Power Producer (IPP). You will take on high personal responsibility, managing commercial aspects of renewable energy assets during both construction and operational phases. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing strong relationships with investors and business partners, acting as the primary commercial interface for diverse internal and external stakeholders (including accounting, technical management, investors, and insurers), and managing critical contracts. A core part of the job involves supporting process automation and optimization using modern technologies to ensure efficient project management and investor support. Candidates must possess a relevant degree or vocational training, strong commercial and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office and financial tools (like Datev), and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This position offers a dynamic, innovative environment with flat hierarchies and flexible, hybrid working models.
