Field Service Technician | Servicetechniker (m/w/d) – Firmenwagen + JobRad

Job Summary

This role involves executing essential field service operations, including repairs, commissioning, and service assignments, primarily within a 200 km radius of the base location, generally without requiring overnight stays. The technician will manage technical customer service tasks autonomously, generate detailed work reports and protocols, and handle spare parts inventory. Additionally, the role includes providing remote technical support to internal teams via phone and email from a home office setting. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification in Electrics, Electronics, or Mechatronics (Master/Technician level preferred, but career starters are welcome) and possesses strong communication and social skills, along with a Class B driving license.
