Job Summary

This role involves working as a Customer Service Technician for a long-established, family-run electrical engineering company based near Hannover. The core responsibilities include independently managing diverse small electrical engineering orders, performing crucial safety inspections of portable operating equipment (DGUV/V3), and executing maintenance and testing on fixed electrical systems. A key aspect is providing friendly and competent on-site consultation to customers, developing optimal solutions for their needs. Candidates must have completed vocational training as an Electronic Technician or Electrical Installer and ideally possess initial experience in customer service. The position offers significant stability, a supportive team environment, regulated working hours (no weekend work), 30 days of annual leave, and the major perk of a modern company car available for both professional assignments and private use.
