This role involves taking full technical and economic leadership of medium-sized construction projects within a respected family-run engineering firm specializing in complex electrical engineering projects for public and private sectors. The Project Manager will coordinate and motivate the project team, delegate tasks, and be responsible for creating preliminary and design work, including cost calculations and explanatory reports. Key responsibilities also include conducting tenders and contract awards, managing construction execution, and actively negotiating with clients, authorities, architects, and specialized engineers. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in Electrical Engineering (Technician, Master, or Bachelor level), possesses strong knowledge of MS Office, and is familiar with plant groups 440 and 450.
