This role involves providing comprehensive Second Level IT Support within complex IT environments, focusing on deep troubleshooting and developing sustainable solutions rather than quick fixes. The specialist will handle daily support tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and quick resolution of user issues across various channels (phone, ticket, remote, and on-site). Key responsibilities include analyzing technical inquiries, performing application maintenance and integration (including new software and interface management), and actively participating in IT projects based on personal strengths. Candidates should possess a background in IT System Integration or equivalent, strong communication skills in German for customer support, and expertise in Microsoft Client and Server environments. This position offers flexibility regarding working hours (full-time or part-time) and location (Schwerin office and/or remote/on-site customer locations), making it attractive for both recent graduates and seasoned professionals looking for challenging and diverse IT work.
