This leadership role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of building and facilities management, ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of the entire facility, including conference, administration, and hotel areas. The Head of Building and Facilities Management will be responsible for personnel planning, leading a team, conducting employee reviews, and assigning tasks within the department. Key daily activities include coordinating construction planning, managing external contractors for major repairs and maintenance, controlling budgets, and ensuring compliance with all legal and safety regulations, including fire protection and occupational safety. The ideal candidate possesses deep professional expertise in facilities management and building services, works proactively and independently, and is willing to perform emergency on-call duties during nights and weekends.
