Job Summary
This role involves leading complex customer projects from initial concept through to successful implementation, focusing specifically on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for mid-sized manufacturing companies. Day-to-day tasks include managing specialized topics, steering the implementation of complex ERP systems, and acting as an expert advisor to customers and colleagues to ensure sound decision-making. The consultant will also collaborate with product development teams to refine requirements, systematically analyze and optimize ERP products based on customer feedback, and conduct remote workshops and training sessions to build internal and external knowledge. The ideal candidate requires a technical or business informatics degree, significant experience as an ERP consultant or in a responsible ERP role within industry or trade, and a deep understanding of processes in the manufacturing sector.
