The Clinic Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping, steering, and developing the future and daily operations of the Oberberg Specialist Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Hamburg. Working closely with the Medical Director and the regional Commercial Director, this role focuses on ensuring quality, profitability, and growth. Responsibilities include overseeing all non-medical areas, ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes, and acting as a crucial link between the central Oberberg Group functions and local operations. The ideal candidate will actively participate in budget planning, forecasting, and annual closing processes, initiate and implement strategic development projects, and interpret key performance indicators to support decision-making. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in healthcare management or business administration who possesses strong analytical, conceptual, and implementation skills, coupled with a focus on economic efficiency and patient well-being.
