Job Summary
This role involves driving the company-wide adoption and security of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for a dynamic financial trading firm specializing in securities and derivatives. The AI Enablement and Governance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive AI strategy, including roadmapping, prioritizing use cases, training employees, and measuring success across all departments. Daily tasks include identifying, evaluating, piloting, and scaling AI applications, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform) for broad use cases like back-office operations, finance, and compliance. Additionally, the role supports technology-agnostic AI initiatives within the development and data teams, focusing on large market data analysis and internal knowledge assistants. This strategic position, reporting directly to management, offers significant scope for design and implementation, making it an attractive opportunity for an expert in generative AI and digital transformation.
Required Skills
Education
Degrees in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science/Artificial Intelligence, IT Management/Information Security, or Business Administration with a focus on Digitalization/Business Analytics
Experience
- Practical experience in applying and implementing AI solutions in a corporate context
- Experience in digitalization, process optimization, or IT implementation
- Experience in the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform)
- Experience with ML/Data platforms (Advantageous)
- Experience in the financial/regulatory environment (Advantageous)
- Experience with process automation (Advantageous)
