Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced, hands-on Technician to drive the development and optimization of electrical and avionics systems within a German medium-sized manufacturing company, the global market leader in gyrocopters. The successful candidate, ideally from Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, will bridge conceptual design and practical application. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, adapting, and integrating electrical, avionics (such as Garmin), and measurement components, creating detailed technical documentation, and defining system architectures for customer-specific installations. You will also be responsible for generating schematics and wiring harness concepts, supporting prototype testing, and maintaining ERP master data for component traceability. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, experience with hardware design, and proficiency in analysis tools, offering a unique opportunity to contribute directly to cutting-edge aviation technology in a dynamic, international team environment.
